Welcome to AnotherPrintShop.com ("APS"). By accessing our interface and utilizing our fabrication services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Engagement Protocol

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. User Identity & Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Fabrication & Financial Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Product Availability: If raw materials are scarce or specific filaments are out of stock.
• Errors: In the event of an error in the description or price of the product.
• Feasibility: If a submitted custom model is non-manifold or physically impossible to print with our current hardware.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AnotherPrintShop.com and its licensors. The 3D models offered for sale are the intellectual property of their respective designers. You are purchasing a physical print service, not the digital rights to the underlying model, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Liability Limitations

In no event shall AnotherPrintShop.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
